New Orleans has been embracing Vietnamese cuisine for some time now and I wanted to provide something different, something refreshing. That's when I decided to go all in and focus on Banh Mi, also known around here as the Vietnamese Po Boy. Our goal is to give great and delicous sandwiches whether it be our banh mi or po boys. We have started in from our flagship location in Metaire, LA and are growing to other cities to share our cuisines.
